Portal da Belleza guarantees free shipping throughout Brazil. This means we deliver to all addresses in Brazil at no cost to you. All our orders are shipped with free shipping, with no risk of additional charges or customs fees.

All products from Portal da Belleza are shipped directly from our warehouses to our customers’ addresses. The shipping time is 2-7 business days from the payment confirmation. This period includes order processing, packaging, and carrier pickup.

Normally, we process orders within a maximum of 2 business days, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control may occur, such as issues with the carrier or the factory. Therefore, the maximum processing time is 7 business days.

Delivery is always made through Correios (Brazilian Postal Service), but in some cases, such as recipient absent, restricted delivery areas, or other reasons, the postal service may leave a notice to pick up your order at the nearest branch.

We ask for FULL ATTENTION WHEN FILLING IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS to ensure it is delivered within the established timeframe. Remember that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours from placing the order on the website, as the order is already in preparation for shipment.
