http://www.portaldabelleza.com/ may verify the accuracy of the BUYER’s data at any time. If incorrect or false information is detected, or if the BUYER refuses to provide the required documents, http://www.portaldabelleza.com/ may block the BUYER until the irregularity is corrected.
http://www.portaldabelleza.com/ is a website aimed at intermediating the purchase and sale of imported products, for which remuneration is received per “transaction”.
It is limited to facilitating import transactions exclusively between natural persons, and does not intermediate imports between natural persons and legal entities.
The services offered by the domain will be remunerated through a percentage based on the transaction value.
The domain is not a supplier of the products listed on the site. Its function is to connect the BUYER with the products and goods of the supplier, which may be domestic or imported products.
The INTERMEDIARY is not responsible for the right of withdrawal of products purchased on the site and only acts as an intermediary between the parties involved.
The services of the INTERMEDIARY are available only to natural persons with the legal capacity to contract.
The INTERMEDIARY does not transact with BUYERS who lack legal capacity, without prejudice to the application of legal sanctions under the Brazilian Civil Code, especially Articles 166, I; 171, I; and 180.
The INTERMEDIARY may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to improve the services provided.
The new Terms and Conditions will take effect 10 (ten) days after their publication on the website. Within 5 (five) days of publication, the BUYER must notify by email if they do not agree with the modified terms. In that case, the contractual relationship will cease to exist.
If no communication is made within the timeframe, it will be understood that the user accepted the new Terms and Conditions, and the contract will remain in force. Changes will not affect transactions already initiated prior to their publication, with previous terms remaining in effect for those cases.
The BUYER acknowledges that the INTERMEDIARY does not hold stock of the offered products, which are available in the SUPPLIER’S inventory.
The BUYER expressly understands and agrees that, to the extent permitted by law, the INTERMEDIARY will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the INTERMEDIARY be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our website, our Services, or these Terms of Service (including negligence).
The INTERMEDIARY does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor that any results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
The INTERMEDIARY will not be responsible for errors, interruptions, delays, defects, acts, or omissions resulting from the use of or failure of the Services.
It is the responsibility of the BUYER to read and accept all terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Site Use on http://www.portaldabelleza.com/.
The BUYER must carefully read and ensure that they understand and accept all provisions of this document.
