Our product exchange policy aims to provide customers with complete security regarding the products purchased in our store. All our products come with a manufacturing defect warranty. We also handle exchanges for products that are different from what the customer ordered.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, please follow the steps below to request an exchange:
Notify our team about the issue by sending an email to [email protected], attaching clear photos or videos of the defective product or the incorrect item received, within 3 days of receiving your order. Attention: exchanges or refunds will not be processed after this period.
Your claim will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 business days. Once the issue is confirmed, we will contact you by email. You may choose one of the following options:
Receive a refund of the amount paid.
Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
Receive a product of similar value.
Receive a coupon equal to the product value to use on future purchases.
We do not exchange products for incorrect sizing:
We provide measurements in centimeters for our products to avoid errors in choosing the correct size. Please check or contact us if you have any questions.
According to the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the store to perform exchanges due to the consumer’s regret regarding color, size, model, or other reasons. The law guarantees the customer the right to exchange products only in case of defects.
After the procedure, within a maximum of 48 business hours, we will contact you with the necessary instructions. To accept an exchange or return, the product must be sent in its original packaging and without any signs of use. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return.
Important Note: If the request is not made within 7 days of receipt, the customer loses the right to exchange or return the product.
For exchanges, round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Requests to cancel a purchase must be made within 24 hours of payment.
To be eligible, a product must meet the following criteria:
No signs of use.
All original packaging must be intact.
The product must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
Exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been damaged or modified by the customer.
Regarding address issues:
If the package is already in the shipping process, the recipient’s address cannot be changed.
If the package is returned due to an address error, any reshipment will be at the customer’s expense, including cases where the initial shipping was free.
In cases of lost or delivery problems caused by the carrier, a new shipment will be arranged, and the delivery time will restart.
